Prince Philip amused

Sophie dashed to the library to view the finale and found Prince Philip there, reportedly entertained by her animated cheering. When the match went to penalty shots the Queen popped into the doorway to watch but stepped away when the tension grew. England prevailed on penalties and Sophie was moved to tears while Prince Philip enjoyed the spectacle.
