Indicted by a Grand Jury

Federal authorities say 45-year-old Andrew D. Emerald, of Great Barrington near the New York border, posted eight threatening messages on Facebook between May and July 2025. He was indicted by a federal grand jury on eight counts of interstate transmission of threatening communications and has been arrested, prosecutors say.
